Rosema Manufacturing 2 MOLDING AND DRYING

We shape our clay into the perfect size and form using advanced machines. We then dry our bricks in modern drying machinery to eliminate excess moisture and prevent any flaws or deformities. We monitor the drying process carefully to ensure uniform drying and quality. 3 FIRING

We heat our bricks in a gas kiln at high temperatures to make them strong, long-lasting and weatherproof. The gas kiln also gives our bricks their unique colour and texture, which vary according to the fuel, temperature, time and air in the gas kiln. We supervise the gas kiln closely to ensure uniform quality and prevent any damage or defects. 4 QUALITY CONTROL
